All information, is held under Data Protection Act compliance. It is only accessible by log-in with username and password and kept on our secure servers. The customers will only be able to view their own reports and you will be able to to view all customer reports.
Marketing information is retained, tracking the journey of visitors, ready for analysis (second stage) so that you may identify what is popular and where entry and exit points occur.
All management support and costs will be inclusive within any commercial package we offer, so that you have no extra overhead to consider.
